Running Start's 17th High School Program

Running Start just wrapped its 17th high school program, bringing fifty young women to Washington, D.C. from across the country.

Highlights included a day walking Capitol Hill and meeting members of Congress, a White House tour, and a speed networking session with global women leaders, arranged with help from the Meridian International Center.

These young women are already solving problems in their communities and advocating for a better world, and I could not be prouder to call them Running Start alumnae. Thank you to everyone who came out to judge the final campaign simulation.
